Liked- Staff were quick to help after an user error with the room - Kind to give us a gift for our honeymoon - Facilities were spacious and comfortable
Disliked- Gift for honeymoon, although kind was dry and stale and wasn’t removed the next day and had to be put out of our room to be removed. - There was a smell of marijuana in the corridor and lift area on more than one occasion. - Surrounding area oils be intimidating

LikedFresh fruit was excellent, coffee nice and the varieties of cakes and bred, croissants wonderful. The scrambled eggs were not that tasty and I would have loved more vegetarian options.
DislikedSince the weather was very hot and humit the air conditioning would have been valuable but did not work well. Opening the window during the night was more effective and as it was quiet outside a good option.

LikedPolite staff. Paid for breakfast one day and it was good. 15 euros for adults and the kids ate for free.
DislikedMy 8 year old boy wanted to use the outdoor swimming pool. They had a policy that everyone must wear a swim cap regardless of hair length. Thought this was ridiculous but ended up buying one at the desk for 3 euros.

LikedThe staff were friendly and spoke great English and were helpful. Free parking but only if a space available out the front if not parking underground at €18 a day
DislikedThe pool was shut and the pool was one reason I booked this hotel. I ended up paying more and the beer was expensive.
