LikedThe hotel was perfect for access to Heathrow Airport. We had an evening flight and used the hotel facilities until we needed to leave. There is a McDonald's within walking distance and a bowling centre which we used to pass the time.

DislikedThere was nothing we didnt like.

LikedStaff were friendly

DislikedThe room was outdated and not clean with multiple hairs (even in one of the beds), and my new white socks were black by the time I'd got from the bed to the bathroom. It is very disappointing as the pictures reflect a much nicer room than what is provided, and in that case, there seem to be better hotels for a lower price in a more central location.

LikedThe room was big enough, the bathroom was good And the air conditioner was working

DislikedThere were no slippers, teapot, refrigerator, soap , toothbrush and toothpaste, napkins in the room. The room was not quite at all. I even paid for just one tea bag Very disappointing
