DislikedThe stairs to go up to the room we're extremely uncomfortable, especially if you're carrying heavy luggage. The tram passes right in front of the hotel.

LikedI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel in Milan, despite its location being a bit distant from the city center. The level of comfort provided was exceptional, with impeccably clean rooms and a genuinely caring staff. The hotel's restaurant stood out with its amazing breakfast and overall delectable food options. The staff was consistently ready to assist, adding a delightful touch to the overall experience. While the distance from the city center could be a consideration for some, the positive aspects, including the comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, make it deserving of a 3-star rating.

DislikedIt was far from the center but easily accessible by public transport.

LikedVery friendly staff, waiting for our arrival nearly at 2 am with a smile, also called me asking when we arrive. Amazing croissants and cappuccino for breakfast. Nice view from the window, room is cosy, warm and clean, comfortable bed, all you need for shower. We stayed one night, good deal for the money. Approx 10 min walking distance to metro station, also a Bikemi station nearby.

DislikedNo problem for us, but maybe gor someone important - stairs to the 3rd floor are pretty steep and narrow

DislikedIt’s says 750 yds from Dergano metro station. Fails to say on other side of train track and it’s 10 min walk. Not so good late at night Breakfast very basic
