LikedThe eccentric decor with random antique and vintage objects and furnishings - certainly not everyone's taste but it was a nice change from bland euro-hotel style. Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and at breakfast. And the breakfast itself was varied and good with plenty of non-sweet stuff. The hotel is in an interesting area (Chinatown, Parco Sempione) and well connected for transport.

DislikedEggs would be nice at breakfast!

LikedThe room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. . It was quiet and the room had shutters. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was just a few minutes walk from Garibaldi metro and station (where you can get the Malpensa Express to the airport). There were toiletries and water bottles in the room.

DislikedThe bed was rather hard and uncomfortable. There was a refrigerator but no kettle.

LikedThe roms were very clean and comfortable. Ceaners made sure everything was stocked up and the room smelt fresh and lovely. Well serviced by trams outside the door and metro nearby. Breakfast was fine- continental. Nice traditional hotel with lots of interesting decor and artefacts.

DislikedA bit of noise from street of traffic but was fine when windows were shut. AC could be used if room too warm with window shut.
