LikedThe friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately that's all - I cannot write more sentence as you wish.

DislikedThe Hotel is run down - poor in concept - for the same price you get in other cities much higher levels. Milano prices are not fair and poor for what is being offered. Breakfast is very basic. Nothing special.

LikedStaff was very pleasant, thwre was no problem with late arrival or leaving the luggages after check out. Breakfest was nice and sufficient for 3 day stay (every day the same products were available). Good coffee. Nice location, next to tram stop and close to city center.

DislikedRoom was very small and needs renovation. Old, chipping furniture, old flooring and bathroom.

LikedPretty good location, nice people at the front. It was fine for the stay we needed and economical. Relatively clean...

DislikedIt was showing it age a little... a little careworn (but for the price?). Some of the guests seemed to like to stand in the hallways and talk loudly to each other... especially after hours (alas).
