DislikedThe front desk staff were not particularly warm, and if you need help, you have to ask, they would not initiate any help. The room cleanliness was also so-so. On my first night, my eyelid was bitten by an insect and swelled in the morning. I got them to check the room and they said they would change the room for me if they found anything amiss. They did not report back on their findings and as they did not switch my room, I assumed things were in order and did not question further. As you can tell, this is the level of service, please do not expect anything more. The lift also broke down on the day I checked in and was only fixed after a day or two. The staff had to help us get to our room floor every time we needed to go up. The bedsheets were not very clean either, there were stains. One of the days I killed a mosquito resting on my bedsheets, it left a bloodstain which the cleaning staff probably saw but did not bother to change. I understand it was a busy week during Milan Design Week, but still, I paid a premium for the stay and the level of service could have been better.

LikedAmazing bed. AMAZING location, so walkable. I've only rated the experience down lightly for comfort as the rooms are on the small side but given we spent all day exploring and only came home to sleep, it wasn't a biggie.
