LikedThe best thing in the hotel that made us feel good and happy was in the conceriage Mrs .Lana Dender . She is excellent and have made our stay wonderful . I would like to thank her for her efforts to make our stay happy.

DislikedStaff at the breakfast and lunch . They are not providing good services and they are not smiling ,you feel like you are in a jail not in high end hotel . In the room the carpet was cheap quilty and colors were gloomy . I was very disappointed with the hotel servises and quilty .
