LikedThis hotel is a few blocks away from Milano Centrale. Had a late flight and arrived after midnight and I liked the fact there was someone available to make the check in quick and easy unlike other properties where you have to search for keys and codes. I also liked that the manager at the hotel allowed us to store our luggage to pick up at a later time rather than carry it all with us, even after check out. If you’re looking for a basic room to sleep for the night or 2, close to the train station, this one was a good choice with good rates.

DislikedThere wasn’t anything I didn’t like really, it’s just a basic room with the necessities you need.

LikedThis hotel was simple but very convenient for us as it is at walking distance to the central station and we travelled by train. The reception staff was very nice and allowed me a late check-out at no additional cost. Wifi worked well. The terrace is very pretty. Our room was facing the terrace and it was very calm at night which was great.

DislikedRoom rather small and simple (e.g. no fridge, no hairdryer -but I didn't ask, maybe it would have been possible to get one), bathroom a little old, but really OK for two nights. Just don't understand why the cleaning staff changes the towels and even throws away the open soap every day! (but seems to be the case in many places in Italy?)

LikedThe hotel is located in so convenient area. It's close to train station, metro and Duomo. The staff are so friendly. The breakfast is value for the money. So clean place.
