Although it is not a new hotel, the management and upkeep are superb. The lobby level is spacious with a sundries shop, takeout/coffee stand, children play area. There is a large lobby bar that serves tea in the afternoon. The restaurant has breakfast and dinner buffets that are beautifully set up, tempting and a wide selection of Japanese and western selections. The indoor pool is a great way to relax after the hassles of a long flight. This time we booked a 'deluxe king' room since the standard rooms are not that large. We felt the higher price was a very good value. I cannot picture us staying elsewhere when we are looking for a Narita airport hotel. It is a 25 minute shuttle bus ride from the airport which is a bit long but when you arrive you are away from the runway noise and it has a peaceful atmosphere.
