never have we felt so cold. needs a lot of improving to make your stay comfortable

very expensive for what you get. No heating on nights that were down to -2 degrees. also no blankets just bedspreads. Beds and pillows terrible. shower needed cleaning. no shampoo or conditioner. however shower was nice and hot so that was great. very expensive for almost $300per night. staff really lovely
