Overall good experience, hotel previously known as Barcelo, it's a large complex with a number of different connecting blocks and nicely laid out gardens. Block 2 has balconies with side sea views at a distance....as well as a view of the nearby oil refinery at the port and its constantly smoking tall chimneys. Basic furniture and bedding with hard tile floors in the superior family room. Air con didn't work but not such a problem in November as would have been in summer? Receptionists pleasant and helpful, rooms cleaned daily but toiletries not replaced. Parking available in front of the hotel at a cost of 5 euros a day, lots of free parking on the edge of road, marked out and was where most cars parked. Hotel has two large pools for families and a smaller adults only pool, all freezing cold. Fabulous Olympic pool on site at a cost of 3 euros an hour. Hotel on the edge of Costa Teguise, easy to find but best to have a car to get to the shops and restaurants and to see the rest of the island.
