The Mimosa and while the location is good with nice cafes, restaurants, and a very nice public playground for kids within walking distance I would advice to avoid this place unless it is the only thing you can afford. The construction is not really a renovation but a patch work and half of the hotel and pool area is falling apart. Without access to the pool you have to go out of the hotel in order to get to the beach which is very uncomfortable in particular trying to use showers to remove sand from your body. The rooms offer the absolutely bare minimum and the furniture is cheap and of bad quality. The curtains look like they were bought at Ikea and don't do a good job at blocking light from the outside. The rooms are also incredibly noisy and do not block any of the street noise.
