We came here as a group of six on a group trip to Bhutan and stayed for 6 days. The hotel itself is a lovely blend of bhutanese and modern, overall, on the modern side. Rooms are spacious, and really appreciate the lovely river views, tub and heated floors in the bathroom. With it being so cold outside, the heater and heated floors were great. The restaurant had an amazing variety of food, and everything was well done. The service at the restaurant was lovely - everyone was very attentive and thoughtful. Mr. Tsheltrim remembered how we liked our team and even what starters we liked every day, and Mr. Tashitobgay was incredibly thoughtful and got us a traditional buckwheat pancake when for my mother when she wasn't feeling great. There was a nice courtyard to walk around in, the pool was really heated. Overall a really great, smooth stay. Would appreciate more bhutanese music and ambiance rather than the standard le meridien music. But otherwise, no complaints.
