Excellent Room Design
The rooms have an amazing fish tank as a wall design which attracts the kids. It was very relaxing to watch the fish swim around before going to sleep. We also enjoyed touring the ocean park. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous to all guests and it made me feel like I was a VIP. The only issues were the distance of the hotel from the entrance and the privacy when using the bathroom while checked-in with friends.

The room is clean with a modern and sleek design. The bed is comfortable but could be bigger. The complimentary tray of snacks was a good touch. The concierge staff, receptionists and housekeeping staff were pleasant and very efficient. Breakfast is good and delicious. Ambiance is fitting for the family. Great for a one night treat in the aqua room while travelling. There was a strange smell dominating the room corridors. It might help to have an air purifier or vaporizer along the hallway. They need new towels! Towels in my room are worn with frayed edges.

Superb Service
The room was very clean, neat, well maintained and spacious. The staffs are very courteous and efficient. They attended to our needs immediately whenever we’ll be calling them. We’ve always chose to have our staycation in this hotel because of their superb and excellent service! The giant fish tank on the wall is very unique and our little girl definitely enjoyed watching many fish swim. The sofa bed inside our room was very old and stinky and needs upgrade already.
