room carpret were dirty all over like not been clean for a long time. hotel guest service were taking their own sweet time to respond to to message send at the point of booking confirmation. I receive the email half way thru my stay of 3days. the manger ( mr fung) at the f&b outlet ... the satay inn .. provides an excellent service ! these attributes much to the overall experience.. hotel Mangement should b proud of the service he provided for the hotel guests !
