    World Class Hotel

    Having stayed in Four Seasons properties all over the world, our expectations were very high but our experience exceeded those. This stunning and lovingly restored building enjoys the best location in Budapest and our rooms overlooked the river and the chain bridge. Many of our destinations were within walking distance. It was the service that made this a memorable experience. In the days preceding our arrival, contact with Andrea Zschieschang (Guest Experience Manager) meant that we were well informed about restaurants, walking tours, etc. Andrea was enormously helpful and resourceful. The other person who deserves special mention is Balazs Fabula (I hope I have the right Balazs!) on the Concierge desk. He should establish a School on How to be a Great Concierge (I can think of some concierge personnel at other hotels who would benefit from attending!!) Thoroughly wonderful experience and we will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.

    Flawless Hotel

    I spent 3 nights at the Four Seasons in Budapest and there is really nothing the hotel can do any better than what I experienced. From the airport pick up upon arrival until drop off back at the airport for departure, everything was flawless. Without exception, every single staff member I encountered throughout my stay was top notch and went above and beyond expectation to help with anything. The hotel itself is stunning and somewhat of an attraction of its own in Budapest. The rooms are luxuriously appointed with top of the line bedding and furniture. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic way to start each day and the food and service during dinner was also exceptional. Being located directly at the end of the Chain Bridge and facing the Danube river, there is really no better location in this amazing city and you can walk to all of the most important sightseeing points. The concierge desk is great and they are happy to point out the must see locations within the city and also can book local attractions. They recommended a night cruise along the Danube river and it was amazing. If I return to Budapest, I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again.
