firstly i needed to connect to wifi and called frontdesk and the said since i didnt give them my email at the time of check in i couldnt get it so for three days i could not connect or use my work computer and the lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpfull. then on the second day the came in to clean the room and housekeeping was unawhere that i was there for three days and the took my food and drinks out of the fridge and threw them away and the lady at the front desk opens my door and walked right in gave me an attitude and told me i was supposed to be out by 11 she was unawere i had booked the room for 3 days and if that wasnt bad enough under the bed was a dried up food container with pees and dried uo mashed potatoes from previous guests i have used other extended stays previously and they were great but after my experience at the plymouth meeting location i will probably never use them again
