I've been to Bohol several times and I know Boholanos in general being very friendly. Unfortunately, not the front desk staff at this hotel. They were not very welcoming when we arrived, not even a smile. The other staff were nice, though. I booked two Deluxe Horizon Suite, and both rooms assigned to us, although big, were dusty. The furniture were old and needs to be upgraded. The air conditioned in the other room is not working properly. There are newly renovated rooms, so check with them when booking. There are two large pool but we didn't have time to use. The hotel is located about 5 to 10 minutes to the airport (and seaport,too) so very convenient when catching an early morning flight. Rooms need to be upgraded, front desk staff should be trained.
