    Wonderful

    A wonderful vacation experience! The ocean view of Banyan Tree Bintan is absolutely invincible! The sand of the beach is fine and the sea water is clear. Sitting in the hotel room, you can enjoy the sunrise. The hotel has a full range of facilities and activities. Absolutely good value for money. We went to Bintan Island in Aug. as family trip, had tremendous experience in Angsana Bintan! I like: Terrific beach view. We were sitting in the room to watch sun rising from ocean! Thoughtful facilities everywhere making you extremely comfortable all day long. Friendly crews, smile on everyone's face! Rich activities starting from 8am till middle night. I would give applause to Benny, who is the coach of swimming pool exercises.

    Friendly, Nice seaview.

    Overall, the hotel staff are really friendly, kind and polite when I checked-in for the room. And variety of services to choose. The only down side was that I did not help to carry the luggages into the room when check-in.
