Was glad that I was upgraded to a higher grade room upon checking in. However, when my wife and I are about to go to sleep, there’s a sound of water overflow coming from neighbouring room. Both of us couldn’t sleep because of the sound. I highlighted the issue to your operator and she send, what I believe, was the chambermaid twice. Each time he came to my room to investigate, the sound would stop. I demanded to see the duty manager When your duty manager arrived, he could hear the sound of water overflowing too. He suggested two options for us. 1, there’s a same catergory room at 32 floor that we can change to immediately or 2, wait for morning to swap room. I decided to wait till morning as it was already 4 am in the morning & I’m already very tired. I asked him what time will the room be ready & we agreed on the time of 11 am to move us to a new room. When I call your front desk at 11am, your staff said there’s no room available. I told the receptionist of what the duty manager had promised me. Eventually, I was offered room #2008, which I can move immediately or I’ll have to wait till after 2pm to change to a similar grade room. I choose to move immediately as we wanted to settle our belongings & proceed with our itinerary. It was not pleasant being unable to rest during the first night. I hope you have found what the problem is and rectify it. However, I was, overall, happy with the your friendly and warm service.
