The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. The lovely cleaning lady came in everyday and did a fantastic professional job making it clean and tidy again.
The balconies were a bit too overlooked by the opposite apartments. Had to keep our curtains closed most of the time.

- aircon over bed. hard to adjust to appropriate temperature, intensity, and noise. aircon seemed too powerful for the small-sized room, loud and powerful even on lowest mode (made sleeping difficult) - staff was rather distant/unemotional
The room is sparkling clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed the swimming pools very much :) The location is close to everything including many great seafood restaurants.
The apartment was beautiful and modern. Very clean. Loved the welcome basket with bread and also milk in the fridge (very thoughtful) :) Fantastic location opposite the beach in rawai on rawai promenade. Lots of cafes and restaurant close by. It’s like everything has been thought of in this apartment. The coffee machine was a nice touch too. I can’t wait to come back and stay here :)

Check in process easy. Parking facility and security, great. The rooms, were superb. There are four swimming pools. The surroundings are well maintained. Our host thought of everything, from where to go what to do, to even having spare mobile phone for your sim card :). I have been travelling to Malaysia, Vietnam and finally Thailand...and this far the best place I have stayed. My wife and two dau...
