Room size and pool
No breakfast offered. Some guests would prefer to have breakfast.
The staff are very friendly kind and helpful. The studio apartment was perfect for us, as it had everything we needed, small kitchen, desk, comfy bed and sensible bathroom. The balcony was a great size with useful clothes hanging. It's meant perfect for a long term stay. It's also easy walking distance to restaurants, massage and the beach.

it is a large 3 bedroom villa with private pool. the beds are really comfortable, and so is the large coach in the living room. it is very central, close to beaches Surin and Bang tao.
there was hardly anything we did not like about the villa we rented at Surin Sabai. we only recommend to have more forks in the villa and repair the dishwasher.

Safe and Quiet
There is no one you can talk to unless it's daytime. They do not provide free water, toiletries for their guests which is stated in their page. No washer and dryer is located in the rooms as well. The elevator says it can accommodate 800 kilos but can only load up to 3 persons at a time.
