This place is pleasant. The little infinity pool is peaceful and the rooms are very large with a great front porch. The location is good, walking distance to everything but on a slightly quieter road. The rice field is lovely to look at during breakfast. Staff are lovely and chill. Could do with maintenance but everywhere in Ubud is pretty outdated for this price range.
The place needs a good bit of maintenance. It's quite old and you can feel it. The towels were rags and there were weeds, a broken hut and old furniture by the pool. The bathroom is nice but still needs a good scrub, slightly moldy and green in areas with paint peeling. Bit of a woman's touch would do wonders for this place. There's a construction next door which isn't loud but not a nice site.

the water pressure in the bathroom was very poor. can’t shower or clean up myself properly. decided to check out early. my apple watch was stolen by the staff when he/she make up the room when i went for tour. luckily as i was able to lock the watch and track the location he/she returned back the apple watch. so watch out guys !!!

Beautiful family owned villas in Ubud. Centrally located but off the main busy street into its own oasis with a beautiful garden and infinity pool. Our "cottage" was on the upper level which looked out over a patch of jungle. The sleeping area is very large with huge windows. The bathroom is great with a stone tub and river stone shower. Really friendly helpful staff. Organised my airport transfer and a driver for one of the days. The location is perfect, a short walk from the centre and the monkey forest. Lots of restaurants nearby. And the room was so peaceful, surrounded by green, despite being so close to everything. And just a few steps from my front door was a beautiful pool

Cosy, very nice. Nice breakfast, amazing personnel, friendly ants.
We loved it at Kama Bisma, would definitely come back. But here are some easy fixes that can make the experience even better for future guests.
