Very kids friendly.
Second breakfast, staff mixed pre-made juice in a cup in front of me and offered as fresh mixed juice. Shocking! She didn’t realize that tastes very different? … Checkout was slow.

We just didn’t like at all the restaurants for lunch and dinner. Better options outside hotel.

breakfast was fabulous and full of variety, with plenty of healthy fruit and juice choices, plus many kinds of Asian and Western breakfast samplings. Super!

the main restaurant was closed so the breakfast was being served in a much smaller restaurant which was unable to deal with the rush in the morning. The management was not equip to handle the number of guests there and it was messy!
food was average at best and very expensive.
Everything here was fabulous- the pools, the beach, the fire show, the sunset ritual, the turtle conservatory and the staff who remembered our names, and helped us to find the perfect adventures in the short time we had! The fact that there was a 7/11 and pharmacy infront of the hotel was also a huge plus! The food was fantastic- and the breakfast spread was elaborate!

Don't stay more than 2 nights .. as it's location is off and has nothing much around And when v were there .. Friday Saturday Sunday ... Monday turtle sanctuary was closed very weird ...
Marvellous stay, wonderful personnel, they will make sure you feel amazing, for our honeymoon we received so much from them we didn’t expect. Great idea with swimming pool only for adults, you can rewind there after long journey
We liked the overall Look and vibe of the resort and the workers were great.
The pool gets haven’t been working, we asked for two plates for three days in a row and never recieved them. The sliding glass door in one of the rooms was broken so we couldn’t use that. Two of the nights one of the rooms couldn’t get hot water. The car services were too expensive it felt like we were trying to get taken advantage of when other apps are doing it for much less.
