Friendly staff, continental breakfast was excellent and complementary.
Reported a water leak and got fixed within an hour. Everything else was good.

The pillows were very smelly, the pillow cases and bed sheets did not smell clean, it smelled very stale and there were stains. I do wonder if it was changed cos it really did not smell fresh at all. it was very hard to sleep and my hair smelled so bad. probably time to throw away pillows. The mattress was comfortable though. Near to many of the malls , staff was friendly and room was good. Very comfortable.

The bufffet spread can be improve and do ensure your fruits are fresh especially the juices.

Clean and spacious room. Professional staff.
Only 1 hand towel provided instead of 2. Shower and shampoo came in small disposable tubes, which are inadequate and also not environmentally friendly. Hotel undergoing renovation, hence can be noisy at times.

Breakfast is always great. Rooms are spacious. Location super near Nagoya hill mall. Not my first and not my second either. Always book for this hotel if I'm coming to Batam. Staff friendly
