The resort location was good, the hotel itself was nice. Loved the swings under the oak trees by the beach. We could see the the ocean from our room. Staff was friendly.
The room was okay, bathroom shower had wood rot and needed a little rehab, we could not get the room to stay at a comfortable temperature as the air conditioner was towards the back of the room with bathroom and not near the beds. No elevator, was a little tough hauling luggage up 2 sets of stairs.
This hotel had everything needed for a fun stay at the beach with family and furry friends. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect in walking distance to the beach, food, and shops. There is even a nice pool to cool off with after a full day at the beach.

Property location was fantastic. The grounds were wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was amazing! The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
I felt the room and bathroom could have been cleaner. I understand being on the beach there will be a lot of sand but the shower door would not slide and could have been a build up of sand or just not being cleaned properly.
Beautiful landscaping, loved the pool—perfect place for relaxing, especially in the swings by the ocean.
Honestly, the whole stay was very positive—nothing negative to say at all.
Location is great. Right on the beach and walkable to several restaurants. Property was nice, with several fire pits, tree swings, and lounge areas.
Had a issues with card keys not working a few times. Staff addressed them promptly.
Great location with easy access to the beach area. Nice room. Nice area to sit around the fire nightly. Nice swings and benches with a great view on the grounds too.
Our rooms AC unit had a loud rattle the first night but Clyde had maintenance fix it and was good after that.

EVERYTHING!! It’s truly a magical place. William checked us in and he has the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. He made our night!
