The rooms were big and well equipped for self catering if you wanted it. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the main lounge. The pool and restaurant was good and the staff were lovely and very helpful.
The beach was unpleasant, rocky and covered in rubbish and there was quite a bit of road noise all night for the residences.
I love how relaxing and comfortable it is to stay at the Bayshore. Food is good and the pools are great. Candidasa is quiet and very different from the usual tourist hot spots.
The smell in the rooms. Faintly like sewage that became stronger when the shower was used. Mostly noticeable when entering the room but not enough to deter us from returning.
Staff were lovely and professional. Facilities great, accommodation huge proportions.
we stayed in a villa with pool, the pool was a great temperature and always clean. The beds were comfortable a/c was very effective. As a nice touch there is a turn down service every night which includes spraying the bedrooms for mozzies not that they were an issue not one bite. comfy furniture lots of tv stations if you want them. Spacious villa with gorgeous pool, and beautiful grounds with gardens, spa, restaurant and pool overlooking the ocean.
We had a 2x two bedroom apartments and our own pool. It was very spacious and comfortable. Our room was also close to the restaurant and main pool.
The upstairs apartment’s main bathroom was open so it was very hot in the afternoon sun.
The food and service were of high standard and looked forward to daily special changes Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the grounds were extremely beautiful with a lovely pool
Did not have a hairdryer as stated on website Could not use one of the bathrooms as water kept pooling and smelt bad. Larger bath mats and hand towels would be great Would have been nice to have at least two deck lounges instead of one day bed for 2 to share in our residence 4

Price of wine was up there. Tricky walking into Candi Dasa over road bridge.
The residence was huge and very comfortable. Some of the joinery about to give out. The resort Getting a bit tired and needs an upgrade but overall it was great. Unfortunately the location was not good for our needs. We were under the false impression that candidasa has a beach. It does not. The shoreline is ugly and has nowhere to swim or walk.
