This is a superb new addition to Liverpool City Centre. The rooms are generously proportioned and fairly lavishly equipped , certainly in keeping with any other 4 star hotel in the city. Parking is located at the nearly Liverpool One parking complex and guests pay a discounted 24 hour price of 9 GBP. This is a high end product and if you require something a little different, with a secluded central location this is perfect for any leisure traveller.

A total renovation of this industrial building was completed in July 2010. Maintaining many original heritage features in a cool, contemporary interior designed decor this hotel is at the forefront of boutique hotel design.

Featuring 3 check-in Terminals, the lobby is accessed via key card through the electronic doors and is plush, modern and in keeping with the design of the renovated industrial building that the hotel formerly was. Staff are friendly and courteous.

The hotel has no such restaurants or on site bar. However, the "Base Directory" on-screen guide on HDTV lists not only the hotel facilities and the many attractions in Liverpool, but also exclusive offers and discounts available to base2stay guests in some of the best bars, restaurants and clubs with which the hotel is surrounded. Thus whilst there is no bar or restaurant, guests can enjoy even greater choice and value. Breakfast can be delivered to guests rooms or a breakfast voucher (5 GBP) can be purchased in advance or at reception.
