I was surprised to be able to get a room during the Memorial Day holiday and with the running of the Coca Cola 600. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, great indoor pool, and within walking distance to many eateries and shopping. Yes this included Wal-mart. The two things that I did not like was the fact that the smoking and non-smoking rooms were close to each other, same floor or right across the hall. So when you were going to or from your room it was smokey in the hallway. Also the noise from the hallway or doors closing was very loud in the room. Would not suggest having a room near the exit doors or elevator. Aside from those two things the room was nice, the breakfast buffet was quite adequate, the staff very helpful and the indoor pool was a hit with my kids.

Front desk staff was very nice. The indoor pool was nice for this time of year. The lady who was over the maids never smiled. Pretty clean. A good stay.

This place has me spoiled! Very clean like new and very friendly staff. I would go there again and again and they have me choosing Holiday Inn Express over any other hotel that is within my companies budget. THANK YOU NC :)

We had a very nice stay and found the staff to be helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay again. The rates were very reasonable for the quality of accommodations. Our air conditioning unit was noisy, but this was a maintenance issue and we informed the staff. We were not at the hotel long enough to see if it was repaired.

The bed was very comfy. I was there 7 days and they only cleaned the room really well one day. I stayed at the hotel for a week and I feel that they should give you a room that is not on the thruway side. And they could have done a better job cleaning the room every day.

The Holiday Inn Express was the cleanest motel I had stayed in a long time. The rooms were large and very cosy with a comfortable bed, just like home. It was an overall great experience. Very friendly staff, and everything you needed was at your fingertips. And very convienent in location.

Nice warm swimming pool, pizza, breakfast. No way to turn the vent fan off in the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Nothing overly fancy, but very nice and clean. I was most impressed with the front desk staff. She never lost her patience with me. Plenty of restaurants are close by. Parking was a little limited. All in all, a good visit.

Location. Incredibly unfriendly at check-in, no much of what was advertised was really there. The staff is unfriendly except the breakfast ladies were very nice. This hotel definitely needs black out curtains both for the light and noise of the interstate.

This Holiday Inn Express is Nice. The room was clean as a pen and the bed was comfortable, stalf would even smile at you, what a great place.We had Dinner that night next door at Ruby Tuesdays , great location .

Room had a clean bathroom and included a microwave and refrigerator. Too much traffic noise, curtains wouldn't close, breakfast cleared away before 10 A.M. The room was comfortable and the staff polite; however, there was a lot of traffic noise all night long and the curtains wouldn't close completely so outside lights shone through the window all night. Also, a continental breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 A.M., but the food was cleared away at 9:30 A.M.

The Holiday Inn Express was in an awesome location. There were several restaurants within walking distance as well as a Sam's Club and a Wal-Mart. The hotel itself was very welcoming and the front desk employees were friendly. Within minutes of arriving I was checked in and in my room. The rooms were very accommodating. The beds were very soft, comfortable, and inviting after a long trip. The bathrooms had a spacious layout which included a large vanity area and huge tub/shower with a deluxe shower head that provided several massaging options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I expected it to be closer to the Concord Mills shopping center, it was about a 20 minute drive. I was very pleased with my stay. The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast in the morning was not extensive, but a good start to the day.

The woman at the desk was very helpful both at check-in and in dealing with other questions that we had. The room was very clean, but the housekeeper could benefit from a check list, (forgot wash cloths, shampoo, etc.) but when we called for some, they were sent immediately. The hotel appeared to be nearly new, and was in an excellent location for a family vacation stop - near WalMart and a variety of dining. Plus it has an indoor pool.
