Description:
Located in the popular tourist district on the road to the Pyramids, the Zoser is a modern, high standard hotel, 15 minutes from Cairo city centre and 45 minutes from the airport. Facilities include 4 restaurant outlets ranging from Arabic to Spanish cuisine. The impressive swimming pool is located in the centre of the complex and there is also a children's pool. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite television, mini bar and Wi-fi. Rooms with a view of the Pyramids or overlooking the pool (with a balcony) carry a small supplement. A very good standard hotel, suitable for all markets and for families, with an excellent location, just a short distance from the Pyramids.

| The hotel manager is appalling. He refused to accept our pre-paid hotel reservation and at checkout forced us to pay for the hotel accommodation again and at a higher rate. He was extremely rude and uncooperative. The manager was reluctant to give us a receipt for the payment and would only give us a hand-written temporary receipt. The Hotel is now disputing with the online booking company that we paid - and is asking us to send a receipt showing breakdown of costs as proof - I.e. something that the manager refused to give us.
The manager also called the police for another hotel guest that was having problems at checkout time. Apparently the manager was forcing the hotel guest to pay for a broken table in the room. |

| Was forced to take a suite after staying 3 days and was scheduled for 4 days but said all rooms was booked and we had to check-out or pay 100 dollars more per night. Will never stay there again and yes the manager was rude also. Good luck if you stay here your on your own! |

| It is good for short stay only Do not expect good service like most of Eygpt hotels They told me: we don't have reservation for you ! and ask me to wait for 30 min. to go and check with hotel manager till the found it !! Room service will forget to do some thing so you call them again to do it in your presence for TIPS ! No surprise it is usual in Egypt! The staff are busy during breakfast with westren famel to talk and more and leave you with zero service! the breakfast was not good ! |

| Got a great deal through hotelscombined.com, about a 1/4 of the rack rate. Good pool, though ? not heated as they claim. At night did not feel 100% safe away from the hotel. Would go back again because equivalent hotels in central Cario are 5 times greater in price. |
