My wife and I booked a vacation with these folks in their \"Boardwalk\" property in Gulf Shores, AL for Memorial Day weekend. Among the amenities was in room high speed internet. We double checked the availability of this feature, as this was to be a working vacation for me being on conference calls and webinars while the family enjoyed the beach. The internet was completely out the entire four days we spent there. We spent half of our waking hours arguing with various associates of Young\'s Suncoast and trying to get it resolved. Continually we were promised that it would be fixed \"by the end of the day.\" Finally it was clear that we were running out of days, and I had missed two VERY important overseas video conferences that cost me huge deals and MUCH embarrassment. (My company is an Information Technology group and I was confined to dial-up speed and could not follow, much less lead, the presentation that I was in charge of!!!) Becky with Suncoast was incredibly rude and insensitive to the problem, could not care less about our needs. Her only solution when we asked about a room was that we could rent a $400 per night room IN ADDITION TO paying FULL PRICE for our room also! If this woman worked for me and spoke to one of my customers this way or insulted them the way she did to me, I would physically throw her out on the sidewalk and escort her to the unemployment line!!! Utterly shameful. For this treatment we paid over $200 per night and did not even get the basics that we were promised. We asked for some kind of compensation for this ridiculous lack of courtesy and basic services and were offered nothing but a \"late checkout\" which was absolutely worthless because we checked out on a Sunday morning when the place was not even staffed. We could have checked out any time we wanted, no one would be the wiser, so this was an empty offer. Honestly we could not wait to leave after such a rotten excuse for hospitality. We have tried several times since then to get some sort of answer from this company\'s corporate headquarters, but months later we have nothing. The rest of the world needs to know to beware of this lousy company.

Went on quick spring break trip with my 16 year old daughter and her two friends. We had a blast. The condo was great. Better than we expected. It is beachfront, pool is also beachfront, beds were comfortable, great views of the beach from the bedroom and living room. Condo was clean. The kitchen could be better equipped but it was functional. I would definitely stay here again. It also is in a good location. Can easily walk to places and is safe. The staff at Youngs Sun Coast (on the property) were very helpful.

My husband and I stayed here on our "beach wedding" vacation. We arrived on Thursday and got married on the beach on Saturday. We could not have "hand-picked" a nicer condo. The ocean view from our 9th floor condo was awesome and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. The building is fairly new and you could definitely tell. This is definitely one of the nicer condos in Gulf Shores and we cannot wait to return!!
