The Yorkland Hotel Toronto is located next to the highway and is very close to the Fairview Mall which is a plus! The room my wife and I stayed in was small but cozy. The facilities are great and the staff are very helpful. Real value for money and would come back to stay again.

value for $$$ no doubt, on a side street next to several businesses but off the major highways and easy few minute walk to fairviewers mall. Great stay staff is friendly place is clean what more can you ask for?

Well appointed hotel, they have newly renovated the hotel and the rooms look lovely! The pool is very big and the fitness room has stat of the art equipment with a spa and sauna! Great place located 3 minute walk from major shopping mall

Our stay at the Parkland Hotel was decent. We are grateful to the reviewer(s) who mentioned that they did not change their signage (the hotel still has "Wyndham" signs). Otherwise we may have thought we were at the wrong place. The new owners still have not changed their stationery (writing pads, pens) and their surveys which still bear the old name. Their staff is polite and courteous and made us feel very welcome. The room itself is nice and clean. It had been renovated recently and the decor is contemporary with a blue and brown colour scheme. Although we had lots of hot water for the tub and shower, there was no hot water coming out of the sink for the first two days we were there. Washing my face in cold water during that time is my only complaint about the experience. We did not feel entirely safe with the parking situation leaving our car overnight in an unsecured lot but nothing happened. The hotel is conveniently located off Hwy 404 and is about 5-10 minutes (depending on traffic) from the nearest exit of Hwy 401.

It was difficult to find this hotel lot because address is not posted and building of Hotel is labelled with another name different from Yorkland. Hotel also charges for parking each day in a big unsecured lot, which is not common in Scarborough.
