Good value for money. The rooms are average but clean. Excellent location for the Grand Bazaar and transport. The terrace breakfast area is superb with excellent views and a good food variety.

I am extremely dissapointed with my stay. After repeated calls to the hotel to make sure our room would be ready for very late arrival, and despite 2 e-mails, I did not get the junior suite I reserved, we were squeezed in a room, hopping over our luggage to move around. Management said we would be moved the next day to a bigger room. We got an even smalled room! We were 4 persons and a baby, and the room only had 2 single beds. Extremely diappointing experience, the worst value for money. The hotel property looked much bigger in the picture.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Excellent roof restaurant and wide variety of breakfasts available. View is really lovely from the restaurant. There was a small fitness centre in the basement which could be used freely. The sauna and steam were at an additional cost. The room (triple) was comfortable but looked out onto another building which was having work done on it. Occasionally a little noisy from room cleaning happening in the morning or from neighbouring rooms. Could have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Free water carton provided instead which didn't quite equate! Generally good value and good location.

Staff particularly helpful. Identified (presumably from her passport) that it was my daughter's birthday during our stay, wished her happy birthday and gave a basket of fruit.

Great location, just off the train to Sirkeki station from the airport. Great staff. Checked bags and toured Istanbul during a 12 hour layover (after staying there the week before) and took advantage of spa before heading back to airport. very refreshing!

The hotel initially get 2 separated beds while we asked for 1 double bed. Only after insisting they accepted to upgrade us temporarily. Sauna was supposed to be included (one of our criteria choice) but there was an extra 10€ per person per sauna. The price on your site was in USD thus hotel apply the worst exchange rate to pay with local currency YTL (dated beginning of stay, payed end of stay !) and finally by credit card we supported another fee for rate exchange between YTL and euros. At the end we payed as much as directly through the hotel for a 4 stars which is actually a low range 4 stars.
