Nice lobby and decor. Concierge did not know anything; spa jets did not work. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Moderate accommodations and luxuries. The spa jets did not work, the front desk staff spoke limited English and did not seem to know exactly what they were doing. The pool and spa are outside; no indoor swimming.

We made our reservations 3 months in advance, making certain we had a room with two beds, checking it twice, no hide-a-beds. I called the week before to make certain our reservations were still good, and double checked on the beds again. When we arrived, we were given one king and a hide-a-bed. When I complained I was told I'd need to speak to the manager, who failed to appear in the five days of our stay. After three days, the hotel cleared out, and we were given a room with two actual beds. Unfortunately, in our new room, neither the bathroom outlet, nor the A/C worked. We found spiders in both rooms. Someone had piped the shower hot and cold water in reverse, which wasn't a problem, once you figured it out. At the rates these folks charge, this is the biggest rip off I've seen! The staff will lie to you when you make your reservation, and while your there (when the manager will be in). The manager, from what we could tell, is non-existant. The hotel itself may look nice from the outside, but that's where the nice stops, it's a wreck. My recommendation, find someplace else.

Convenient, clean and accessible hotel to transportation offering some basic amenities agreeable to all. I missed having a daily paper available each morning.

My husband and I stayed here and I was completely unimpressed. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the quietest conversation out in the hall and could hear everything the people were saying in the room next to us. The beds were lumpy and terrible. Definitly not worth the price.

I really enjoyed the location as well as the accomodations the hotel had. The hot tub was not working. I enjoyed my stay at the Yarrow and can definitely see myself returning for future visits. The staff was friendly, it is close to most of the attractions in Park City and I felt at home.

Yarrow hotel is a great place to stay for people who just need easy access to the resorts in Park City, and not much else. It's conveniently located near The Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort, as well as walking to distance to a Albertson's, a movie theater, Sports Authority, and more. The room fit 2 people very very comfortably, and could easily fit 4. At such great rates, I would definitely stay there again!

Nothing. Location, ambiance. Fine for business travelers - in no way a 4-star get-away. In the parking lot of a supermarket.

Upon check-in the hotel refused to honor the confirmed rate. The A/C in the room sounded like an idling semi truck, and the front desk supervisor ignored our complaints. There are much better hotels in Park City.

I liked the down comforter queen beds. The key wouldn't unlock the door for a few minutes. The Yarrow was a comfortable hotel. The front lobby was beautiful and the staff responded quickly to my needs.

Location. Staff, was non-existent and could barely speak English. Room and bed were comfortable and fairly clean. Several staff problems and amenities like the hair dryer etc didn't work. This is sold as a 4 star, which it was probably top notch in the 80's but it is more like a moderate 2-3 star at best.

The restaurant was great. Construction room not as expected. We have stayed at nicer hotels for less.

Room and dinning was great. Very convenient in the heart of park city. Staff was a bit untrained.

The location was great! The room was very dark, even with the three lamps on. I sure wish they would have let people know on their website that they were in a major remodel. The lobby was torn up; there were no nice public spaces that I could find. The outer doors did not work with the key card properly and they were laying carpet in the hall way outside our room, with the accompanying glue smell. Since there was no carpet, we heard every service cart that went through the area and construction crew member talking, beginning at 6:00 am Saturday morning. So much for a leisurely weekend away!

Enjoyed every view from my room, facing mountains with white caps with snow. Beautiful. Walk areas carpet was old; made the place look dirty; my room key did not open all the outside doors to get into the hotel. The Yarrow was a sure thing for business tycoons. It was a sort of sorority house; because people were visiting from room to room. In the evening it was beautiful. You could walk out to a little patio and view the area. The mountain is areas were gorgeous! Staff is wonderful (although I had a brief encounter). The room was set up very nice and was very comfortable.

The surroundings. Heated pool was too cold. The people were nice the rooms clean and the surrounding area restful. They should not advertise a heated pool unless they are going to keep it heated to a comfortable degree.

The bed and bedding were great and the room was very quiet. The hotel really needs new carpet and the air conditioner was very noisy! Nice location. Restaurant was clean with friendly staff and very good food. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. I love the sheet on top of the comforter. Thanks for that. The room was over-looking the pool and was quiet and serene. We slept with the patio door open all night, the air was wonderful and we felt quite safe.

Location. This was disgusting for being a 4 star rated. This was rated a 4 star hotel and should be rated 1 due to the rooms and the inside of hotel it was not what we accepted. I do not know if I would ever trust your star rating again.

Excellent location, price, and atmosphere. No dislikes. I found this location and facility to be very suitable for the purpose of my trip to park city.

Convenient location. Poor maintenance, dirty room, on very busy corner very noisy. I have stayed in your 4* rooms before and been very pleased. However, I was sorely disappointed in this room. The hotel carpet is in disrepair. The plumbing fixtures were not maintained well and overall the room was poorly kept. I expected to be pampered a little; instead, I could not wait to leave!

Location. Doors between adjoining rooms were completely inadequate and allowed light and even the quietest noise to pass through. This could be a great place to stay. However, the doors between adjoining rooms were paper thin and would not seal, allowing the quietest noise and even light to pass through to my room. It appears that all of the rooms that have passed through doors have this issue. I would never stay at this hotel again unless the pass through doors was greatly improved.
