The hotel is less than 5mins from the north beach and across the road the park, which has regular entertainment. This is a proper family run hotel with a really friendly atmosphere, the owner could not do enough for us during our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and was tea/coffee making equipment replemished daily. Parking a bit of a problem but the owner he;ls get you in/out should other guests block you in. We stayed BB, the breakfast was fantastic, served to you by the owners grandchildren. Absolutely fantastic and would recomend the Yardley to anyone.

Very welcoming, would recommend.Hotel was very clean and the staff were nice & friendly. Room was a good size for the four of us for our overnight stay. Lovely breakfast provided too. Car park was a bit small but the place was fully booked when we stayed and the owners were quite happy to shuffle the cars around when required. Would stay there again.

I cannot fault the service in any way from the welcome while I was parking the car, to the help with moving the cars when it was time to leave. If you have the breakfast make sure you have a voracious appetite as you get very well fed. Altogether a very enjoyable experience and one I will endeavour to enjoy again.

A warm welcome and Great FoodThe welcome at Yardley Manor was great - it was lamost like staying at a friends house. The prices were very reasonable and the food was just wonderful! When I paid the bill, I thought I had paid too much but I hadn't and felt like a wally, but the hosts were wonderful and just so friendly. We will be looking to stay here again as the location is great for the beach, superb for Peasholme park and only a 2 minute walk away from an open top bus to the south bay.Wonderful.

Fantastic, warm & welcomingMy partner & I have just returned from 2 nights at the Yardley Manor & would highly recommend it. The room was lovely & clean & with it's own ensuite. The breakfast was great, set us up for the day. All in all this is a fantastic family run hotel & is great value for money. We will definately return here,

The staff are very welcoming and helpful, room i stayed in was well looked after and clean. its only 5 minute walk down to the beach. very easy to find and pleanty of parking around and at the hotel. We couldn't stay for breakfast in the morning as we were up early so they owners even made us bacon buttys (which were top notch!) to head out with. would reckonmend this hotel to anyone.

Location great - next to the park. Room clean and in good condition, facilities reasonable. Parking is currently very much a community sport due to the layout but having parking is a bonus.

A convenient access to north bay beach, north bay park and seal life. The car park is limited, it could be a problem if you need to leave early.Cozy atmosphere
