Excellent choice for a mid priced Steamboat condo. Newly refurbished. Door to door shuttle service on demand. Wonderful view of the Yampa valley.

Clean rooms, hot water, tv was good, excellent supply of kitchen utensils and towels.

The condo far exceeded my expectations. It was updated from the photos on this website. It had nice wood and tile floor, tile countertops, stainless steel appliances, and was nicely decorated. I'm not sure if they are all updated though. It was on the first floor so the patio opened onto a little yard, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with anything dishes, cookware, etc. that you would need. The beds were comfortable. The living room had a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Each bedroom had its own TV too. The living room had a sleeper sofa. Check-in was a little strange, I guess on the "off season", the check in office is only open 4-5 PM M-F, if you arrive outside of those hours you have to call a security service (the phone number is posted on the door) who then comes and opens the office to check you in. I would have liked to know that beforehand, but it worked out fine. We stayed here for 3 nights and there was no maid service, so I'm not sure what that was all about. I'm not very high maintenance so it didn't bother me too much, but would have liked to have the trash taken out. All in all, I was very pleased with the condo, but the service is probably lacking.

This resort was great. A clean, well furnished condo with an astounding view of the valley. High speed wireless easily hooked up 3 laptops at the same time, and comfortable rooms/beds were waiting for each guest. I'm not sure why online travel agency's rating is so low, but this resort met or exceeded all my expectations.
