Off the beaten path. Spacious rooms. Convenient parking. LCD TV. Beds and pillows firmer than I like. Unlike most hotels that are stacked along major thoroughfares or back up onto the Interstate, this hotel is off the beaten path, in a residential community. Which means you have to drive 5 minutes to get to shopping or restaurants. But it also means that when you are settled into your room you can enjoy your room. It was quiet, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff treats you very friendly and professional. The hoel is beautiful, only to be surpassed by the beautiful landscape. You will be awed by Southern Comfort and hospitality along with a senseSouthern architecture.

The staff working the service desk seemed to be inexperienced. They called the room 3 times after 9:30 pm asking for another guest not in that room. They also did not inform a service employee that we were staying there, and he showed up to change out the air filter. The hotel was beautiful, and the ambiance was really nice. The rooms are decorated very well. Beyond that, the walls were a bit thin and we could hear neighbors above and beside us.

Great location. Beautiful grounds. Great food. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is awesome. Only knock is they charge for internet in rooms but in the Tavern wi-fi is free. A great place to stay for couples!

This hotel will exceed your expectations. When driving onto the grounds you will feel like you have gone back in time to the days of Thomas Jefferson. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and meet your needs. There are many shopping centers to meet your family's needs a short driving distance away. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location and great room. Supplies kept up daily. Not a thing. I was greatly surprised when arriving at this hotel. Although the staff was not super friendly (especially at the front desk). The hotel was very clean, and over met my expectations. They also kept the room supplies filled especially the coffee. The free Internet access was fabulous since I did have to log into work sometimes.

Beautiful grounds, comfortable bed and clean rooms. No continental breakfast and no mini fridge in the room. The grounds were beautiful, felt like you were in a southern plantation not a hotel.

The service was top notch and everyone was very helpful! We took a trip to Myrtle Beach and wanted to stop somewhere in between for an overnight stay. We went to Priceline and got this gem of a hotel. It was incredibly well maintained, a convenient location, and too many amenities. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we gambled with Priceline again for the trip back and got the same hotel. Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent food! Would highly recommend to anyone!
