I called the day before to see if they had a secure place I could park my bike. They said sure no problem well put it under the awning by the front door. when I rolled up they told me the same thing. Then 1 hour later I got a phone call that I had to move my bike the manager wanted it moved. Will never go back there.breakfast was awful, no coffee. the [*]that delivered said he would be right back with coffee. never seen him again, staff was very upset from hearing them talk at the bar about management. total disater weekend!!! good luck wyndam you [*]jerks!!!!!

The staff and atmosphere were excellent. I expected a refrigerator and microwave in my room. The staff members at this hotel were extremely helpful. The common areas were really nice, but I expected my room to be nicer for the star level. Since I was traveling with a child, I would have enjoyed a fridge and microwave in the room. Plus it wasn't clear whether a complimentary breakfast was available. Parking was great, the pool looked beautiful. WIFI didn't work well. Overall I had a great experience.

I was very happy with my experience at the Wyndham. The front desk people were very helpful and courtious. They had me reserved in a smoking room at first, but when I corrected corrected them, they immediately gave me a non-smoking room with no hassle. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet at night. There was a wedding down the hall but you couldn't hear anything once you closed your door. If you don't like Benihana or the steak house on property, both were very crowded on the weekend, there are several good restaurants within a couple blocks in North Little Rock. Downtown Little Rock is only a 10 minute walk across the Main St. bridge right outside the hotel.

The only thing that went wrong here was that we were mistakingly booked into a "smoking" room. This was quickly corrected by the hotel, though. I even left my purse there and the housekeepers found it for me and front desk held it for several hours till I could get back to it. Everything was in order when I got it. Food, fun, and good atmosphere. Perfect if you're attending events at Altel Arena.

It was close to our main destination. Lack of customer service at best. The bed and pillows were comfortable and wonderful. The front desk was less than helpful when it came to finding things locally and weren't interested in doing more than checking us in and out.

Very disappointed in the stay. We travel to Little Rock approximately once a month. We made reservations a month in advance. We chose the hotel because of its location, since we were attending a concert at the Alltel Center. We did not receive the room we reserved. we had to stay in a room with a double bed rather than the king deluxe room reserved. We paid the higher rate and got a lesser quality. When I complained to the management about the unacceptable room, I was told that I was only guaranteed a room and not any specific room. I will waive the easy accessibility for a facility that is more interested in service to the customer. Staff member was rude at check-in. We will definately not be staying at this hotel in the future. I was VERY disappointed with the hotel.

I love this hotel, and the price cannot be beat for the service you receive! The staff is so helpful and eager to please, and I love the patio door leading out to the car! Makes unpacking/packing so much easier!! Check-in and out was an absolute breeze!!

Easy access to downtown attractions and easy access to the freeway system. Good restaurant, good service, friendly staff. Good value.

Convenience and the food was good. They would not switch my room to a none smoking one. I was very disappointed with the fact that they placed me in a smoking room since I don't smoke. But perhaps part was my fault because I didn't note it on the reservations. The room smelled awful I had to spray a can of Lysol and turn the air conditioning way low in an effort to try an kill the odor. The bed slept great and the room was very clean. Also the sofa was suppose to be a double but it was a twin.

The room was excellent for the price, I loved the shower! There was nothing I disliked. Great downtown location, close to attractions, the restaurants served good food. The room was comfortable and was very affordable.

Staff was accommodating, the room was clean and conference at the hotel was very good. The room was quiet and I had no complaints. Only issue is the layout of the hotel was quite confusing for room numbering, but this is an architectual issue and has nothing to do with hotel operations.

I liked the accomadations at the Wyndham. The room was fine but the bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Bed extremely comfy, staff wasvery helpful. Extras i.e. phone and wet bar too expensive. Very pleasant stay. There was a mixup with our room key, but one of the staff let us in (without being asked) and went for the new keys. The bed was so comfy,we actually slept all night. The view of the river was great. The room was quiet. However, the items in the wetbar were way overpriced. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

LOVED IT! Sliding glass door to poolside! Make sure you try restaurants/bars on Main St a few blocks away, eclectic, funky, fun, downtown plus walk to concerts at Alltel Arena!

This is one of those properties that gives you the basics. They have a good bed and a good shower. If that is all that matters this is the place otherwise their are much better options in the city. Through the 3 days I was there the staff never managed to clean up the mess from the meeting rooms that you have to go past in order to get to you room. It was a feeling you usually get when you stay at a 2 star hotel. Overall it definitely falls short on the value for money.
