Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Mountains

Located 45 miles southeast of Asheville, Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Mountains is surrounded by wooded scenery so lovely, it has served as the location for several hit movies, including Dirty Dancing and Last of the Mohicans. At the heart of the 2,400 acres of Fairfield Mountains is Lake Lure, a postcard-perfect oasis where canoes and pontoon boats quietly glide across its still waters, as well as two extraordinary 18-hole golf courses. Deer and other wildlife are as much at home here as guests. In spite of such abundant tranquility, there is much to do.

Guests can enjoy the two outdoor swimming pools, lazy river, beach, two golf courses, exercise equipment, boating, three restaurants, live entertainment (seasonal), miniature golf, marina, indoor swimming pool, two lakes, four tennis courts, indoor hot tub, masseuse, picnic/BBQ area, and water-skiing.

The One Bedroom unit has one queen bed in a private sleeping room, a sleeper sofa in the living area, mini kitchen, and deck. The Two Bedroom unit has one queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and a deck. Most units have views of the woods.

Please note that guests will need a car at the resort. This campus-like environment has amenities that can be one or two miles from units. Motorcycles arent permitted. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. You must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
