When I checked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the sales clerk in the gift shop was very nice. I visited the lounge and the Marker restaurant. Service was excellent and breakfast was outstanding. The valet, Kris, was helpful with my luggage and actually completed the process to obtain my boarding pass for my return trip. There is a kiosk in the lobby for guests to do this. I will return!!

Great quality for the money. Perfect for a business traveler who is staying longer than a couple of days.

Website directions were inaccurate causing us to drive around for 1.5hours. The reservations we made were not accurate at check in. Front desk did not offer directions to our room. Garbage was not changed out in our room. Room service delivered our champagne and strawberries 40 minutes late. Internet did not work and took them over an hour to fix. Restaurant waiting time was 1.5 hours and bar was filled to capacity. Room service delivered our food 36 minutes late (1hour and 36 minute waiting time total) and food was lukewarm. They forgot my soup. After two phone calls I finally got my soup at 12:20am. Asked for change for pop machine and was given dollars, only to find out their pop machines take hard change. Outdated and not very nice of front desk to not offer me hard change for the pop machine. Housekeeping disturbed us next day at 12 noon when our checkout was at 3pm and the DO NOT DISTURB sign was on the door to ask us when we were leaving.

Where do we start. They gave away our room, offered us lower accomadations at the same price. Room service was HORRIABLE! Tried to hide the fact they ran out of Wheat bread by put a slice of wheat on top and white on bottom also gave us the top core of the tomotato! Assistant Hotel manager was down right rude and condescending! I will NEVER stay here again! BEWARE of this hotel!!!!

FreeWiFi & in room high speed internet. Old & outdated rooms. Good staff and easily accessible hotel, but I felt the building itself could use updating. The halls smelled musty and every noise from the hallway could be heard in my room. Elevator was a good 6 rooms away and around the corner, but I could hear the ding of the bell even with the TV on. I could also hear the pant legs of people walking by brushing together.

If you are coming in from out of town, especially with a convention, plan on renting a car. The hotel has limited dining options, especially for those traveling with children under the age of 18. The hotel is no longer at or near the airport, now that the new airport is in service. There are also no eating establishments within walking distance, or any other activities unless you have a car. With the exception of one or two, everyone who worked at the hotel, including the restaurant and bar staff seemed excessively put out to have to serve you in any way. They were totally unprepared for a large number of convention guests, and were not staffed appropriately.

On Saturday evening we received 3 calls from the hotel desk asking us to vacate the room. They claimed that Orbitz only paid for one night. I had to go to the front desk and show the clerk the receipt I printed. Others in our party had the same problem, and were charged for the second night.

The hotel was very plain on the outside, but upon entering, you were immediately taken back. What a beautiful bar area and hall. Staff was excellent. Both goggle and yahoo maps did not take have up to date directions. Airport rental car personnel were quite helpful though. For being as close to the airport as we were, you heard no highway or airline noise. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly.

On December 23 at 11:30 pm I arrived in Indy to a horrible ice storm. I could not make it to see my relatatives and called Adam's Mark. The people there were friendly, fast to come get me at the airport and I could even order room service at that hour. The room was extremely clean and the service was great. I will stay there again whenever I get trapped or for any other function in Indy.

The staff was friendly and had a fast checkin which was great. The room was very clean when i arrived. We had been traveling for days and wanted to put the stuff in the cooler on ice. All machines throughout the hotel were out and the staff suggest we go by ice at a gas station. The next day when we returned from an event, the room was only half cleaned. The dirty towels were on the floor and no new ones we there. The trash wasnt removed also. I did call the front desk and housekeeping came right up. All of my concerns were fixed. The funny thing is the housekeeper didnt want to leave the room without a tip! Should of cleaned the room right the first time. Overall, i believe this was an isolated situation. The hotel was very busy for the indy 500.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Adam Mark Hotel. It was clean, well decorated, and a very friendly staff. I would highly reccomend it to business or leisuree travelers. Great price for the quality. Very close to airport and complimentary shuttle is a plus.

We decided on this hotel because my husband had an early appointment at the airport and the Adams Mark was close, offered free shuttle service and had good reviews. We arrived in the evening before in time for cocktails and dinner. The bar area was nice and had an old-fashioned feel about it. The servers were friendly and accomodating of my food allergies when we decided to order off the dining room menu, even fetching the chef to discuss options, etc. This is a REALLY BIG DEAL for those of us who cannot take chances with our diets or health. The food was fresh and delicious, we were very pleasantly surprised, but that was our expectation as such a fine hotel. Speaking of, the common areas and our room was very clean, the carpet beautiful. The only negative was the temperature in the lobby and halls. It was frigid. Also, I'm a big stairs user and they were not convenient and not accessible to the lobby, emergency use only kind of thing. This hotel is a great value for the money and a great experience. I can't say I would be comfortable bringing children here, it did not seem "kid friendly", which is fine for adults traveling on business or special occasions.

The A/C in the room was broken and would not stop blowing. You have to call the front desk to change the temp. The iron was broke and the second iron was broke also. The shower did not work properly.

The hotel has improved since my last stay - 3 years ago. It appeared to be more updated and cleaner. Given the fact that everyone knows in advance that the hotel will be full, I do not understand why the restaurant and lounge are understaffed. Everyone worked hard, but could have used more help. Room service was good; staff was friendly. With new airport, had considerable difficulty finding the hotel. Road signs were not helpful (not the hotel's fault).
