we stayed 1 night when we were visiting some friends in the area. The hotel looked nice online so we gave it a try, thinking that a wyndham hotel would be worth $*. We sprung for a the room with the king sized bed, but somehow the room still felt small. The ceilings were cottage-cheese style, the wallpaper and paint in the bathroom were peeling, because there was no fan in there for ventilation. There was also only 1 electrical outlet in the whole room, so we had to charge our phone in the bathroom. The sink is outside of the bathroom, and the light switch for the sink and shower/toilet area is the same. The toilet seemed extremely small and not much water pressure in it. There was no tissue paper, fridge, microwave or extra roll of toilet paper. While the sleeping area of the room wasn't bad, the bathroom was such that we didn't even want to try the shower in the morning, we decided to just wait until we got home. Also, they will take a $50 deposit when you check in, which is supposedly reversed within a couple days. Why they need a deposit after you check in and the room is paid for, I don't know. The in-hotel restaurant was too expensive for our taste and their was no continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was good, it's close to 880 and downtown San Jose, and the lobby is kept up well. We didn't have time to check out the pool but it looked good. They also had a gift shop. Overall it was an ok hotel, but I felt like we would've done better staying somewhere else, for what you get for the money. It wasn't awful, but we probably wouldn't stayagain.

I was expecting something nice for the Wyndham name. The lobby looked great, food was excellent. The romantic weekend I planned turned embarrassing when we saw the room. I requested another room immediately. I was told since I booked it on Travelocity, they would not upgrade/change the room. The room was much smaller , a glass door was off its tracks. I I was very disappointed. Not even coffee in the lobby! Even through the rest of the weekend went great, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a romantic weekend as I was totally embarrassed by the quality of the room.

first room fell apart, and one of four reservations was lost, but staff corrected the problems quickly and unpgraded the rooms. The decor was typical for the price, and the suites were not much different from the standard rooms

The hotel was very nice, and clean. The only problem we has was our air conditioner breaking. The hotel resturant was nice and the service was ""okay"".

Notmany people staying. Quality and cleanliness were nothing. Not 3 star quality, more like 2 star.Very noisy even though hardly anyone was there. Location to downtown San Jose was great.

We booked a room with a king bed. They gave us a room that had a double bed. When I called the front desk, they told me that was their king bed in California. (And no, it was not a ""California king"") When I told them to show me another room and prove that California had a king size bed that looked like a double, they gave us a new room without apologizing for their arrogance. Voila! Our new room had a king size bed, the real kind.... They have very poor customer service in the front desk and the operator. The nicest people there were the cleaning lady and the waiters in the restaurant...

"We were quite pleased with the service and rooms at this hotel. The location was perfect for us to visit all nearby sites, especially Santana Row, and was very convenient to the airport. We would definitely use this facility again"

Clean lobby and parking area. The room had a strong cigarette that actually gave me allergies. Good location and good price. However, a non-smoking room smelled just like a smoking room. It had that horrible old cigarette smell. I would pay a little more to stay in a nicer room.

Location to downtown and public transit. Bed was freshly made but lumpy looking when we entered the room. Good location. Practical and comfortable space.

"I checked in around midnight and there was only one person working, so I had to wait about 20 minutes in line before check-in. The rooms were in fair condition, but the halls and general conditions were uncharacteristic for a Wyndham. Not a super visit, but good for location and price."

Everything was perfect for a business traveler. Hotel even provides soft fluffy robes in the rooms. No bad experiences for me, will come back again. For the price this was perfect for my business travel. Rooms were nice, clean, located near a lot of different shopping.

"It was surprising that the hotel was quite quiet dispit being near the airport. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions and directions. The restaurant in the hotel was overall good, but the meat dishes were overly marinated-quite salty."

Clean, comfortable andexcellent location. I had to pay for Internet connection. I was so pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean, the staff was very nice and the location was perfect.
