but this place was bad! I have stayed in plenty of hotels in the Rosemont/O'Hare area. This place was the worst by far. The lobby was good, the restaruant and the food were great BUT the room was horrible! Terrible condition, cracked and broken everything. It needs to be updated. The biggest problem... no hot water. Are you kidding me! I called the front desk after attempting to let the water run for over 10 minutes (hoping a miracle would happen). They said "this has never happened before" oh really? then why have i seen reviews on here that say the same thing! So they gave me another room...much nicer condition and the luke warm water came after running it over 5 minutes. At that point i didn't want to argue the point, took a luke warm shower and headed to bed. Speaking of the bed...BAD. Sheraton, Sofitel, Hyatt..they all have pillowtop beds that are very comfortable. Wyndham's was like a college dorm room bed. - very uncomfortable. My choice - I'd never stay here again. There are much better options that are closer to the airport. Stay at the Hyatt it's a great hotel, great price, great room, great food, great bar.

This place is ok. I thought that the front desk staff were about business and not very friendly at all. Maybe that's the way people are in chicago or maybe I'm spoiled from other hotels I have been to where they smile a lot and provide an all around great customer service. Other than that I didn't spend much time there to comment on anything else.

We booked the room mostly because it was right next to Allstate Areana. They do charge for parking (16.00 overnight per day). We had a non-smoking room but the cigarette smoke from other rooms was coming up through the drains or the air vents. Was a little over pricey for the breakfast and bar areas but hey, it's Chicago prices so kind of expected that.

the 1st room i checked in the glazing in the tub was peeling in some places and missing in others the second room i was moved to the glazing was missing around the tub stopper area if i did not pre pay for the room i would have not stayed there the hallway where the rooms are smelt like mildew and the carpet in the room was filthy I had to go back to the front desk twice during my visit because my key stopped working the hotel resturant was over priced and the food was horrible i paid 20.00 for breakfast which consisted of 3 pancakes 4-5 pieces of bacon and orange juice i will not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone no recreation activities or no mall in the immediate area

The price for the quality and location. Could use some updating in certain areas, but for the price of the room I paid that was easily ignored. Clean and friendly and I will stay here again.

The airline put me up here for the night when I gave up my ticket on an overbooked flight. The free hotel shuttle to O'Hare runs every 15 minutes except really early in the morning when it is every 30 minutes. When I checked in I told the clerk that I was without my luggage and she gave me a toiletries kit with toothpaste and brush, shaving cream, razor, and even deoderant. The room was clean and in great condition. The wireless Internet worked. The hotel was quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was a good stay. I can't comment on the breakfast because I had to leave for the airport at 4:30 AM and it wasn't set up that early. Also, my rating for "value for the money" is not to be trusted, since I didn't pay anything.

I didn't like the fact I had to pay for parking each day I was there, and getting in and out of the parking lot was a hastle. Other than that, hotel stay was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located right near O'Hare Airport. The staff is fairly courteous and the shuttle drivers do a great job. Be aware that the hotel is a refurbished hotel from a few decades previous. This means that if one has a non-smoking room, it may stink like smoke from the person smoking below. The hotel is located under the flight path for a runway and it can be loud. Luckily, that runway is closed after 10 PM orso and reopened after 6AM. Hey it's a bargain hotel. Keep that in mind.

The hotel was nice and in a good location, but you could save money and receive more things from other hotels. The room was just another nice hotel room, but you had to pay for basic parking. The parking lot was not covered nor secured and it cost $16. Internet services also cost money. You can get a hotel room just as nice from other chains and not have to pay for parking or internet.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Wyndham wasn't just "close to" the Allstate Arena, but directly next to it. We were staying there to go to a concert and were able to walk over. In fact we were closer than some people who parked there.

This hotel makes you pay for parking even though you are 30 minutes outside of the city of Chicago. Also, if you want to use the business center to print out your boarding pass or check email, you have to pay per minute for use of the computer and per page for the printer. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Overall, not at all worth the money.

It was just nice to have a place next to Allstate Arena. We were there to see it a concert, so it was nice to have a place to stay before the concert started.

The hotel was 1.5 miles from O'Hare airport and had a free shuttle. Parking was $16. This is a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Exactly what I expected. We stayed at the Wyndham so that we wouldn't have to wake up super early to catch a flight.
