Overall the staff, location and room were great. For some reason an alarm somewhere in the hotel kept going off. It never woke us, but we could hear it while we were awake. It also took a little while to check in as there was what appeared to be a beautiful wedding reception going on and there were drunk guests strewn about

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect for the Cleveland Marathon. This hotel was in a great location with an exceptionally friendly staff.

This is the second time we stayed at the Wyndham and have no complaints. The hotel is right next to the Playhouse Theaters and convient to Jacobs Field as well. We skipped the valet parking and choose to self park for only *00 just around the block. The rooms are newly renovated and very quiet, and the Front Desk staff treated us great.

I was there for a week-long conference at the hotel. Very nice place for a conference, helpful staff, especially desk person Mel Williams. Meeting rooms were excellent and there were no hitches I could see. The hotel itself is clean, I had a corner room, very comfortable and large with king-sized bed, electric computer chair, wireless, small refrigerator and microwave, ironing board, etc. All staff was very friendly.

The staff was fabulous. There was no snack machine on our floor which we were disappointed about. The hotel was very clean. The room was a little small. We did enjoy having coffee from the in room machine but we would have liked to have a small snack for breakfast. A vending machine on our floor would have been nice.

Please don't believe all the bad reviews this hotel has been given. Yes, they are doing construction in front of the hotel, but it does not affect the hotel guest in the least. The front desk staff was more than helpful and the bell hop, X, was informative and helpful in giving us directions. We walked from Tower City, to the Rock and Roll Museam, the Browns Stadium, the airshow, Jacobs Field and the Ampitheatre where Taste of Cleveland was being held. This was a central location. The room itself was more than adequate and the bed was wonderful, and our view from the 14th floor overlooked Lake Erie. You had Bath and BodyWorks toiletries. Yes, there were 3 spots permanently ingrained in the carpet, but we still managed to have a pleasant stay!! Some people just like to complain about everything! I travel very frequently and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only down side to the hotel was sometimes you could not get the key card to work in the elevator. But then again, it is there for your safety and I would not complain. BEWARE -- Downtown Cleveland is pretty much a ghost town on the weekend.

I was greeted at the front desk as soon as I walked in. I arrived at noon and was allowed to check in early as my room was ready. It was a very clean and comfortable roon and very up to date. The whole staff was friendly. It is a well located hotel and an excellent value.

Nice large room. Food in restaurant was not food we would normally eat. Staff was very helpful. We had to check out early due to my coming down with pneumonia. Valet parking was very convenient.

when i first arrived... the ladies at the counter (one manager and other just an attendent) gave me attitude about the price we received on the room. they didnt want to honor our price and still charged my credit when it was paid in cash. so i said forget it and still stayed there. when i first entered my room i stepped on a broken piece of class and cut my foot a little. then went to the pool/fitness area and i was engolfed with pool cloreen i could not stay another second there, plus the fitness equiptment was soo old there was 6in. of dust on it. maybe from 1972. so, i left the next morning. i called a manager who was actually at the front desk that day and she yelled at me so i said give me someone who is higher up than you, so she did. then that manager kept saying sorry and she will correct the problem. thats it!!!! no free night, no i will do anything for you. nothing... this place is by far the worse place i have ever been to. this is worse than red roof in, holiday inn, or even motel 6. at least those people have nothing to loose. dont go here!!!!!!

Excellent location for walking to Progressive field, it was nice we didn't have to drive to the ball field and deal with parking. Hotel valet parking was expensive option. We chose to self park because the weather was nice, but there were very few unreserved parking spots available. We usually look for hotels that include breakfast in the room charge as this represents a huge savings for families. This hotel did not provide "free" breakfast.

The location to downtown Cleveland. Expensive valet parking and thin walls. Overall the hotel was good. Pros: location, cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The walls to the hallway were not very soundproof. Valet parking is $20 a day.

This hotel is horrible. There is a putrid smell in the lobby. Everything in the hotel is horrible. The pool had urine stains and also random people called the room. Furthermore, the area around the hotel was trash. The maids stole from me. The towels at the pool couldn't fit around a toddler. They never replenished the soap. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Hotel room, hallways, elevator and lobby had dust and debris in the corners - could have been cleaner. Great location for Playhouse Square, Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena. No parking on site, but valet available at the door, and self park option available down the street. Hotel was newly renovated, but could have been cleaner. Some minor debris in the room and in the hallways. The elegant table in the lobby had fingerprints and streak marks on it - poor first impression. Overall, a good place to stay. Pool and hot tub in the basement is clean and spacious - a toddler play area is also there. Would stay there again.

Booked this place for a business aquitance that was in town. The place is a dump. Constantly being hit up by panhandlers in the area. Empty boarded up buildings all around. Burn holes in the bed. Only nice thing in the area is the threater district 2 blocks east.

the hotel was nice and in a great location. we went to an Indians game. pet friendly, was why we stayed there. the only problem at all was the fact that the carpet in our room was stained and needs replaced

The room decor and the bed that was so comfortable. Valet parking is too slow and WiFi should be free with your stay. Overall, we had a great room for the money. Check in was pretty easy. Mostly friendly staff but the valet parking is very slow. I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay for WiFi when so many other hotels (not as upscale) include it for free.

The hotel was in a prime location downtown which was very convenient to tourist-y areas. I wish wi-fi was free. I also wish there was free continental breakfast.
