We stayed here overnight before traveling to our next destination. It was very comfortable, and not much different than other hotels we stayed at while in NYC. Definitely enjoyed. One thing I can rave about is the food at this restaurant. Definitely makes it worth the trip. Definitely recommend if you can handle driving through neighborhoods to find this place. It was close to the airport but difficult to find.

Cleanliness, comfort. No ice on the third floor. The hotel was very clean, our room was spacious and very clean. The minor negatives, the hallway was hot and stuffy and the ice machine wasn't working on the third floor, but the second floor was and it was easy to get to.

I had to tell you what a wonderful stay we had at the Wyndham Chelsea. Rene at the front desk was not only friendly, but a great help in advising us about ground transportation to get in and out of Boston. The hotel was beautiful and the room was exceptionally clean. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The chef making the omelettes Saturday morning was friendly and funny!!! He also customized my omelette with a few ingredients that weren't available on the table, but he had in the kitchen. We had fantastic service that I don't find in too many places. We look forward to coming back to the Boston area in the springtime and using the Windham again !!! Thank you so much.

I was refused transportation from the airport because hotel said they had no record of reservation. Desk staff also refused to contact Travel agency even though I had all the paperwork and had confirmed with hotel a few days before. Travel agency staff was helpful but I was cut off several times(possibly my cell phone).

verything seemed newly renovated and very clean. Nothing, we were very pleased. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Not many dining options in the area but the hotel food was actually very good and only took half an hour for room service. Very close to the airport and easy access to the highway. We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel and will definitely stay again while in Boston.

Hotel was extremely easy to find - even for someone from a town of 2,000 people. It was also clean, great service, and friendly staff. LOVED the digital thermostat in the room - I'm used to the hotels that have all the knobs which you can never get just right so you're not either freezing or sweating to death. Never did go to the restaurant, but the bar was nice. A previous reviewer mentioned that it was a bad neighborhood - it may not have been the best neighborhood, but you're probably not going to go to a Boston area hotel to walk around the block! It really wasn't bad. Taxi was quick to show up. Will definitely book here when I go to the Boston area again.

The Wyndham was lovely and had one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on.? It had several amenities that we don't always get, and they were eager to make us comfortable.? We were so impressed, we joined their version of "frequent flyer club".? The neighborhood wasn't wonderful, but the hotel was excellent and we got a great night's sleep.? We were pleased with their shuttle service, and the employees were very friendly.? If we go to Boston again, we will surely stay there.?

Nice rooms and clean with free shuttle to Logan. Location wasn't great.

Very poor food service in the restaurant and bar area. Food was good though--once you got waited on AND served! The hotel is located in a rough neighborhood---don't go out after 4PM! Room was excellent and very clean. Good van service to and from Logan Airport---good place for a stop over on the way in or out of Logan. Pilots and flight attendants stay here.

The Wyndham Hotel in Chelsea was a nice hotel. The neighborhood was much further from the Airport than I had anticipated, but it did include free transportation to and from the airport. The location isn't in a neighborhood that I would want to walk around at night, but we were able to cheaply take Taxi's to and from local Metro lines. The rooms were large, clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helped us get transportation in order.

It was just after midnight when I arrived. I missed the last free shuttle from the airport that evening and they sent a driver to pick me up anyway.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for our anual get together. It was clean and the room had a great price for Feburary. We would stay again.

Our stay was the last day of our visit to Massachusetts. Just like with a good meal at a restaurant, you remember the desert if it was good. In our case we remember the last stay at the Wyndham as a great desert of a marvelous meal. We had to catch a plane very early in the morning and the van to the airport was driving up when we came downstairs. There was absolutely nothing that went wrong during our stay at the hotel. We would like to recommend this hotel to anybody. we will come back to the Wyndham ourselves if we come to Massachusetts again.

Close to Boston. Service in the dining area was terrible. The location was great for a vacation to Boston. They had a shuttle that took us right to Logan airport where we then were able to take the Subway into the city. The rooms were nice. The dining area was either short staffed or staffed correctly with angry people. I felt like I was disturbing them when I came down to have Super. As long as you can ignore the lousy staff, it is a great place to go near Boston.

have used hotel several times for flights out of logan. comfortable bed a plus. meals are ok in bar. usually leave before breakfast. neighborhood not the greatest and its really not close to anything especially at night. recliner chair the last time needed repair. important thing for me was a quiet comfortable sleep and have never been disappointed.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and high end. The proximity to Boston was fine but the Chelsea neighborhood was a little suspect. Biggest issue was with the restaurant, not well staffed and very hard to get a cup of coffee. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Quiet and great Bath and Body Works toiletries! Front desk staff was clueless. The location was about 5 miles from Fenway, which is about a $27 cab ride. The hotel rooms were large and pretty clean at first glance. The spare pillow I got from the closet smelled like smoke, which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the linens. The toiletries were from Bath and Body Work's spa line, which was a nice touch. The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful.

Even though the hotel property was in a older industrial section of Boston, it was very convenient to Logan airport. Access to the city was very convenient.

Close to freeway. The neighborhood. Quick access to freeways and downtown. Restaurants in the hotel are convenient. Rooms are fine. Neighborhood isn't the best. As a business traveler, it was fine. But I would have liked to stay in an area with more restaurants and amenities nearby.
