Very good. A quality hotel.

The unique location, the remodeling job, helpful people.

I stayed with a large group and I was pleased with the quickness of getting us up to our rooms and how they made our breakfast as smooth as possible. This hotel is clearly set up to hold large groups. The breakfast in the morning wasn't very good. The eggs and potatos were all processed and the muffins seemed stale. I might stay there again, but definatelynot eat there

Great value. Very comfortable room. The climate controls were quiet and we spent three peaceful nights. Easy in and out to the highway.

we were not happy about the restaurant only serving brunch for breakfast the 5 days we stayed there. it was a flat $14.00 per person and i only wanted toast and coffee. but i had to get the brunch which was only waffles, eggs, or omlet then you sausage, bacon and fruit. i don't know who eats $14.00 worth of food for breakfast. then 1 day my husband went to buy just coffee for breakfast, because the room coffee maker did not make very good coffee and there was 1 coffee packet per room and 2 cups, and they charged $2.50 (which we did not think was bad) the next day they asked if we were staying in the hotel and it was free. dinners were not badly priced, but we only ate once in the hotel. the best part of the hotel was the mattresses. i have never found a hotel room that i could sleep soundly in but i did in this one. the mattresses were excelent. plush pillowtops. the pool was closed. i also did not like the room service trays left on the floor in the halls all day i mean from 8am until i returned at 9pm. i would recommend this hotel for the mattresses only.

It was clean, close to Andover, friendly staff and lovely room.

Overall my stay at the Wyndham was very good.. My only complaint would be that you have to pay for internet service.. You would think that that would be free when you consider how much the rooms are... Other than that it was great, the staff was friendly and the room was very quite and comfortable...

Very large facility, clean, staff very friendly, food was great as well. Small pool, and water was cold, remote forTV slow. This was not the facility that I had hoped to be in when I bid on Priceline. However, I was overwhelmed by the overall quality, and the staff was, bar none, the best and most accommodating. The food was tasty and healthy. To sum this hotel in one word.Outstanding!

Convenient location and indoor pool. Front lobby under construction made way finding confusing, but it wastemporary.

Hi quality linens and towels. A little remote. Spacious rooms with good amenities, including free Wi-Fi. Nice exercise room too!

Interior design of rooms. Beds were horrible! Mushy, wiggly, seemed very old. Two full beds with plenty of room for queens. Hotel is stylish and conveniently located north of Boston. However, even the best interior design and location will not overcome the horrendous beds, mushy, wiggly, apparently very old. I was traveling with my husband and 18 year old daughter to look at colleges. There was plenty of room for two queens in the room, but we got two fulls that gave us backaches to remember.

This was the Easter vacation to allow our son to unwind, before finals. He is enrolled in Zion Bible college. This was family time, but also a bless. We wished there could be coffee available all during the night, that was only available in am. The area was very open to nature, but easily, accessed to the major highway. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, plus the weight room. The staff was very polite. Our room was kept very neat by the staff on a daily basis. The restaurants in the area were just what we enjoyed. Over all we had a excellent experience.

Hotel and rooms are very clean. Even though it was only a one night stay, it met all expectations.

Excellent quality and the comfiest beds I've ever slept in! The beds were so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning! The staff were incredibly friendly, and told me everything I needed to know and more when I asked about breakfast.

The beds were comfortable. Bathroom fixtures were spotless but could use updating. Utmost comfort and convenience at the Wyndham Andover. We're thrilled with our stay, beds were ultra plush, room seemed larger than a Courtyard or Hampton Inn room. Front desk, excellent!

My wife and I were greeted and treated with smiles and our requests were cordially met. We can't find anything negative to say about our stay. This was the second time we stayed at a Wyndham Hotel and both times we were treated with professional courtesy from the registration desk attendants, to the custodial staff, to the restaurant staff, etc.

Room comfort and value. Slow maid service. The hotel was perfect as we were attending a wedding in the area. We also got a courtyard view with a balcony where other guests did not. We loved the hotel and the staff. There's not a lot around the hotel except other hotels, but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was top notch.
