We were there 4 nights and they never changed our sheets. We had only one towel in the room for 2 people. Even the "cheap" hotels, motels have a continental breakfast, but they didn't. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was very neat and clean staff was very friendly great location right off interstate with restaurants and stores nearby. Beds were a little small for two people. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price. It is very clean and well kept the staff is great. This was my second stay there and both have been enjoyable. There are many places to eat and shop at right on the same road.

Check in went fine. We came in for a wedding and they allowed us to check in early. Bed comfy. Would have liked a free breakfast in the morning. Loved the wired internet. I tend to have problems with wireless. Pool looked nice, but never had a chance to use it. They seemed to care. They were remodeling sections.

Hard to navigate and find your room. Also very outdated, but it's alright for a business trip. Wouldn't take the family.

This hotel had easy access to shopping and a few restaurants. Not many fast food options but a couple within a mile or so. It was ½ the cost of the competitor chain I usually stay at and I didnt missed out on any of the service. Nothing fancy but clean with helpful staff; perfect for the business traveler watching the companys bottom line.

Good location. Nice bed and pillows. Room wasn't ready when we checked in at 6 PM. We've stayed several times and really like the hotel. Not a top of the line hotel, but definitely way above average.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel that remodeling can't repair. The carpet in our room was not cleaned as we found peanut sheilds on the floor the day we check-in and they were still there when we checked-out two days later. The shower had mold all over the wall and the sink was leaking in the wall under the counter. The front desk was friendly and helpful on directions around the area. The location was just off the freeway and easy to locate. Before I would stay at this location again, all the other hotels would have to be full. There are many hotels in the area on both sides of the freeway. This area of town is clean and looks safe. I was disappointed that this was a Wyndham hotel as I expect more from Wyndam.

Stayed here a few years ago before they redecorated and it wasn't great but looks great now - quiet - great location - you can't beat it for the price.

Location was close to where we needed to be. Our garden view room was of the parking lot and ashtray outside the window. The hotel is poorly designed. Our room was located in the back - we had to walk all the way around to get to the lobby (through the pool area was more direct, but it was raining during our stay). The hotel is in need of general upkeep - peeling wallpaper, crooked switch plates, stained tiles. Not a two and half star hotel.

Room was not clean; water was turned off during part of the stay. Came back one evening was locked out of hotel, our door was ajar and room had not been cleaned. Was told they ran out of clean items because water had been shut off. AC did not work properly - did not offer to reduce bill. Staff was rude. Worst hotel experience ever.

I was in the area for a career workshop and stayed the weekend to relax and shop. The appearance of the hotel was not as nice or modern.

Medicine machine in workout room, very comfortable bed. No complimentary breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was great for the quick stay we needed.

Hotel was dirty; water was off one day, could not get clean towels or linens, door was found ajar, locked out one night - keys had been canceled. Signs to rooms not correct. Staff unfriendly, did not try to correct complaints.

Everyone I came across had a smile on thier face. They called when I got to my room to make sure everything was ok. I have never had that done before. This was a nice place to stay.

Had to make a last minute reservation. Thought, Wyndham, should be nice. WRONG!! Staff awful; rooms smelled of smoke; and was lied to about ""free"" internet in room.

The Wyndham Overland Park - Garden seemed to be convient for travelers attending events at the speedway. The area appeared to be fairly secure. Arrival and departure was easy before and after peek traffic times.

Location. Did not maintain problems in room when you had them. Clean but no elevator, not good with a lot of luggage. Desk staff seem a loof and distant, not happy to see customers.
