The hotel was under construction, hammering started around 8:30, this was not an issue for us. The staff tried to please and had a good attitude. They quickly accommodated our request for a room with two beds and furnished a blow dryer that was not in the room. Convenient location. I would stay at this hotel again.

Plush Oversized Room with 1 King Bed and Luxurious Bedding Non Smoking This is what I expected as this is what the website said. What I got was a standard room, not at all oversized. or plush. Pillows were too flat Location and cleanliness and friendly staff were great. Pool was great too. Next time I'll try for a place with a free breakfast, Wyndham's was 9.95 and it was sub-standard. Starbucks was the only coffee so if one doesn't like that brand, one is out of luck !!!

I stay in this area frequently for work and it is always clean. The staff is friendly even after I had to change my room twice on this last trip. The air condintioers weren't cooling the room in 95 degree heatt, so the front desk clerk switched me twice with full aplogies and a smile on her face. I'll definitely continue to stay here.

The hotel lost power, for some reason, while the surrounding hotels & businesses did not. The water stopped mid-shower and caused a very unhappy husband.The overnight stay at this hotel was not a good experience! I would not stay here again!

Nice room. Renovation, check in time at 3 pm, charged 1/2 day for early check in. First room given to me was dirty, had to go back down and get another.

I usually stay at another hotel when I am in this area, but decided to try this Wyndham because of Wyndham's reputation. I was not disappointed. The staff at the desk was fantastic, very polite and professional and had answers to all of my questions. Beds and pillows were good and the room was immaculate! I spend about 120 nights a year in hotels and do not usually change but was pleased with my change to this hotel. Great breakfast/restaurant and bar. Already have reservations to stay again!

Not too far from the convention center. Smoke, under construction, rude employee who refused to let me speak to his boss. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The hotel staff was incredibly rude. They thought it was perfectly acceptable for my wife and 8 month old baby to sleep in the car, rather than let me stay in one of their non-smoking rooms. He originally said they didn't have any non-smoking rooms, but I called the number, and they verified that there were some available. I am not sure what his problem was. He refused to let me speak to his boss, though he did admit that he didn't own the hotel, so he had a boss. An employee that overheard our exchange offered contact information for their boss, but was quite worried about getting in trouble from the manager finding out who gave me the contact information. Not the sort of place I would want to work, nor sleep.

Room was dilapidated, dirty, drawers were falling apart in armoire, bad smell, loud air conditioning, rusty shower, tiny tv, need I say more? Stayed July 08

My supervisor had reservations here for a business trip. He found the property to be quite dirty and unkempt; not the worst he's seen, but bad enough to switch to another hotel. There was construction underway as well (October 2007).

Hotel is far from 3-star. Common areas are dirty. Furniture throughout hotel has rips/tears. Our bathroom was filthy. Acutal dirt on bed linens. Found hskpg staff ""lounging"" in our room while we were out at dinner! BE VERY CAREFUL before booking. Property indepently owned/operated. Wyndham should be embarassed to have name on building.

Good location for my reason of being in Harrisburg. Restaurant and bar were under renovation. Not bad for the price, standard hotel nothing exceptional about it.

Property is run down and not maintained. Rooms advertised as ""parlor"" imply suite, but are just regular rooms with sleep sofas. AC did not work, room had unpleasent smell and was not clean. Common areas poorly maintained. Should not have a 3 star rating. Not in same league as other hotels at similar pricing.

"This hotel felt in sore need of an upgrade, new carpeting, furniture, paint, in the rooms, etc. The bathrooms were nice, but the water pressure was low. "
