Quiet and cozy. Great place to getaway for quiet time.

The advertised shuttle was wholly inadequate for the crowd gathered at 5:30 a.m. We guests were forced to find our own way to the airport when the shuttle quickly filled. The driver then forced my family and me to get off at the wrong terminal to walk back to terminal A after he didn't announce our airline, United, at the first stop. The hotel itself was good, though mildew was pervasive in the grout in the showers. Big turnoff. Also, be careful if booking this hotel through [website] as your Wyndham By Request benefits will not be honored.

Upon arrival i was told there were no rooms available. Then i was checked into another persons room, then i was told i could not receive a refund as i was previously informed by hotel manager Veronica that there was a hot tub and there was not. Veronica told me that she had my money and i could leave if i chose. After trying to make the best of my evening, I was woke up at 6am by rattling pipes. I went to the General Manager at 9am the morning of my check out and i can only say that "Employees are a product of there leadership!" I will never, and would never recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel.

We left Quebec City at 6:00 pm and arrived at the hotel about 8:45 pm. Getting to the hotel was an experience. You could tell that it was an old hotel that got a face lift. After checking in, you could smell an odor in the elevator and hallway; but the room was pleasant and large. The restaurant service and food was better than expected and the food came out quickly. We requested a 3:00 am wake-up call. The bed was so comfortable that the only thing we remember from sleeping was the wake-up call. Getting back to the airport was a zip and the driver knew exactly where our gate was. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a room for the night.

We are a young couple who wanted a get away since I live in Houston and my boyfriend lives in NY. This was a last minute thing but we won the lottery with this hotel. THE FOOD WAS AWESOME, the staff was wonderful and the accomidation were perfect. Plan on staying again and would recommend to anyone wanting a good place for a wonderful price.

We waited for over 50 minutes for the hotel shuttle (after they told us it would take 20 minutes) in the cold rain with our toddler. All other hotels in the area had 2 or 3 pickups in that time. We gave up and went to another hotel. We were very disappointed.

On business trip. My main problem was the inconsistent Internet. It didn't work for a day, which was annoying. Thankfully, it worked the next day. Nevertheless I will return...eventually.

Remodeled room, bedding nice andclean. General location noisy( airport) and not within walking distance of restaruants. For a one night stay, room was nice, clean, comfy and had free Wi-Fi. Hotel is in flight path so noisy till late in evening. Also - isolated in local. Cannot walk anywhere for food, or other items.

just renovated, excellent value for room PLUS parking - can't be beat!! I checked and compared all similar hotels that include parking. My exact cost for One night in hotel and 15 days of parking - including taxes, etc. = $***!!!! . Maybe 10 minutes max shuttle to airport. My international flight leaving EWR at 7:30a.m., I take 5:00 a.m. shuttle and it takes 90 MINUTES to get thru check in (Continental) and Security on a Monday morning. Plane was boarding by the time I made it to the gate...Lucky all I had to do was take the shuttle.... Forget the rest - this is the best bang for the buck - and I'm hard to impress!!! :)

Loved the room, quite spacious and well furnished. The mattress is kind of hard; not up to hotel standard. and iron board was too shabby. Loved the staff specially at check-in. Definitely would stay there again.

We arrived at midnight and decided to take the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus departs from a parking terminal, which can be reached with the monorail train. It took us exactly one hour with the shuttle bus to reach the hotel! Unacceptable. Rooms not clean.

The room was not too big but nicely decorated and furnished, and it was easy to connect to the wireless. I fell in love with the pillows!!! Staff was courteous but did not go above & beyond expectations (I left something in the room & called before noon same day; they said they couldn't find it). If you're planning on going to NYC it's a lot of shuttle/train/bus rides in. Wyndham's shuttle offered service every half hour or more often, but only to the airport. (I was particularly upset that the shuttle gave preference to any flight crew in line at 4:45am, even though we'd arrived first and were already running on a tight schedule.) But the drivers were knowledgeable and offered information when we doubted "how to get where". Nicely scented toiletries, and front desk gave an us a trial-size tube of toothpaste when we requested. Did not use pool, restaurants, etc.

Everything looked updated/new. Location. The parking area has security and everything inside looked brand new. From the airport it was only minutes, however the abandon factory neighborhood made it seem longer. The only choice for meals in the neighborhood, without having to drive 30 minutes, was the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food at the resort was good. If you are looking for a place to sleep near New York City, this is it, but not much else around here.
