The hotel staff was very courteous. We were not given our King size room when we first arrived but due to the error we were given free continetal breakfast the following morning and was moved to our King size room the following day the view of the golf course was great!. We loved our stay...they need to work on the parking accomodations for their guests....$13.00 a day is a bit much for self parking!

We were on our way to our honeymoon in St. Lucia and had a 12 hour overnight layover in Miami - the hotel was the closest and most convenient option, and we were extremely pleased that the convenience was matched by amenable staff (even at 1:30 in the morning!) a quick shuttle trip, and clean quarters. It doesn't appear to be close to anything, but we would definitely make this pick again for short trips of 1-2 days.

Stayed here about 2 years ago..was mediocre back then. BIG change. Rooms are very nice now. Great TV's. Very modern and CLOSE to airport (BIG plus if coming in for quick meeting). Nice big buffet breakfast and didn't need to get a rental car. Their airport shuttle was kind enough to drop me off at my local office. Their concierge arranged a last minute dinner reservation for 6 of us and arranged transport. Downside--ask for a room NOT facing the construction site across the street. Other side of the hotel faces their golf course. Much nicer.

The first thing i did after checking in was take an nice hot shower. I thought i was going to get room service with those charcolate covered stawberries that i saw on-ine. My previous trip that i had taken with orbit was the hotel were rude and not friendly.

Overall, a great experience. Guest service was priority. Hotel Restaurant highly overpriced, and they charge for parking in the garage (9 a day!) Modern decor and wonderful Concierge! Very difficult to get to as Miami is torn up around the airport. Once you find it, it's a great stay

Check-In can be busy at this hotel as they have a lot of cruise passengers and stranded air passengers. I know there's a hotel IN the Airport now but this is the next best thing, just 2-3 minutes away by shuttle and right across from the train station if you need that. Unlike most Miami area hotels this one actually looks new. It is not very convenient for anything but the Airport, but that's pretty much what you want from an Airport hotel right?

chose to stay here the night befor cruising. Was told they had shuttle when booking to the port of miami. WRONG!!! the front desk worked to help us/finally suggested a cab/ flat rate 24.00. they let us check in early relaxed, enjoyed the pool and very nice dinner, and swam again in the morning. nice to start the cruise refreshed. "

I would NOT stay here if you have a choice. It is NOT near any places to eat or things to do and taking a cab 5 miles is 30! The front desk staff was rude, the rooms were average, and they say they are doing ""minor"" renovations, but it's major. Half the time, the elevators didn't work, and we were on the sixth floor. The food in the restaurant was terrible and high-priced. Definitely NOT worth *, maybe 50.

Great reception at front desk. Unfortunately they did not inform us that we had to pay for the parking garage on a daily basis. We didn't realize until the last day that we could come and go and pay for one day's charge. So, everyday, we stayed out all day long to avoid having to pay another fee on the same day. This could have all been avoided had we been told the first day that a "pass" was available for a daily charge. Lesson learned~otherwise, the hotel was great, clean rooms, friendly staff and nice pool. To find the hotel from the airport was an adventure. Hard to locate.

Comfortable bed covers. Cleanliness not up to par. Nothing special floor was not vacuumed, found a glass shard on carpet. Terrible view out the window, air conditioner made noise. Rooms appeared run down. Had to request another room.

I went to Miami to relax, I wish I would have stayed longer. The staff was very complimentary and helpful in anything I needed. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. I am going back soon and I plan on staying there again. I even received a complimentary drink from the hotel, which I thought was extremely nice after the long trip to get there.

The Wyndham Miami Airport Hotel was very confortable and very nice view, bedding was very nice. Close to restaurant and shopping malls. Two things I want to say about I didn't like: Has to pay for the internet access when other Hotels in the area offer this service free and after a long flight from west coast at arrival I have to walk to the front desk because no one answer the phone and I have need for a soap, toothpaste coffe and coffe cup.

Close to airport and sea port. Felt like held captive, no where to go, no breakfast included. If you are on a stop over, and want to stay in the room, this is the place for you. Beware of the tour pushed by the management, it's in the seedy areas of Miami & we felt very uncomfortable. We were greeted in Spanish, English is not the first language here.Room was clean, restaurant was good but expensive.

the room was small. service was very poor. we called for three different services and had to wait a considerable time for them to call back. waited one half of an hour for food service to call to take an order. happened twice. my only good coment is that the bed was excellent.
