The wake-up call came on time. Room smelt, toilet made noise, room was old, not a 3.5 upscale room by any any means. I was immensely disappointed with this room. The room stunk, it was old, the bed was like a sheet of concrete and by no ones standard at all would give the room I got a 3.5 star upscale rating. I was disgusted with my stay there! I paid for 3.5 star upscale and got maybe a 1 star room if that.

The stay was ok. The room was tidy but smelled stale. It smelled like urine covered with air freshener. We saw cobwebs and a spider crawling on the wall. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The toilet had yellow stains in the bowl. Parking is not free and the internet is not free either. Neither do you get complementary breakfast. We have slept at cheaper and nicer hotels with these amenities free. We will definitely not stay at this Hilton again.

A very nice hotel at a great value. You do have to pay 10+ for parking in addition to the room. Close to the main highway and airport but bring your GPS, it is a little confusing to find because of a traffic circle.

Good location and very nice room.

Nice rooms, outside inviting and convenient for my needs on this trip. Had to wait for a breakfast buffet. Would recommend and return.

Shuttle to airport on door steps. Good food. Old bathroom fixtures. Beds were not comfortable. Steps to airport, good food, helpful staff, free parking.

Room is nice and clean. Staff is quite accommodating. Parking area is large. Location is challenging. GPS really helped locating it. Location is challenging. The bar was not clean and service was poor. Some improvement in the bar would be nice. Everything else is fine.

Nothing. Murphy bed, overpriced, nickel and dimes for extras. Huge, impersonal, overpriced.

Staff was helpful. Room was very old and dirty. The first room was by far one of the dirtiest and oldest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The furniture was very old, the hall smelled of cigarette smoke (even though it was supposed to be non-smoking), the room was dingy. It was certainly not worthy of the Hilton name. I decided not to complain because I was only staying one night. However, after coming back from dinner, we noticed bugs crawling on the walls and under the bed. I complained to the front desk and had a new room, with an upgrade. Fortunately, the new room was clean and renovated.

Great pool! Excellent timely airport shuttle service. Restaurant menus did not have very good/interesting choices. Excellent for flights in and out of airport. Might be better off eating at the airport though!

The staffs are friendly. No service is free. The overall of this hotel is fine. However, they charged for every service. The hotel locates near the airport, and they charge for parking with $15 a day? I can understand if that happens on hotels in Downtown area.

Convenient location. Aging beauty, could use some updating. Convenient to the Montreal airport, this hotel has seen better days, but continues to deliver a quality experience.

Clean & close to airport. Too far to room for elderly mother-in-law. The hotel is very clean with very good service. Check-in & out was very efficient.

I loved how close it was to the airport and how convenient it was to get to and from the airport. The layout of the hotel made it particularly cumbersome to get around.

The room was in an area that had not been renovated yet, but was still in good shape and clean.

Beautiful bedding, nice room, nice bathroom. Nothing, we were happy with everything. Great location, good shuttle service, very convenient for an overnight layover. Would definitely stay there again.

The location close to the Doral airport was excellent. I requested a king/queen size bed, and I got double beds; the room smelled like a smoking room; and the distance of the room from the elevator was far. My spouse and I joked that we stayed at the holiday inn express in Toronto and it was much nicer than the Hilton, which we expected to be much fancier because of the brand. I was disappointed about the bed and the smoke smell, but the water pressure in the shower was great and you could hardly hear the noise from the airport. I would stay there again only if it were free!

Nothing. All of it was not worth the price. 1) The bed was bad. and the spring came through.2) the room is small and smells3) the bathroom was small4) my TV was broken and the came to fix it.5) the common areas smelled like and old age home.6) you have t pay for parking and it does not say that on the web.

The shear curtain form a wind barrier blocking any uncomfortable direct flow of air to the bed - excellent design. Much below what one expects from a Hilton. Unless you are planning to do business around the airport. The quality, location and price of the hotel are not commentated for anyone else.

Front desk staffs were friendly, competent, and efficient. Housekeeping had not thoroughly cleaned room. A very late check-in meant that I had little patience for the front desk staff. They worked efficiently to check me in smoothly. I was very pleasantly surprised by the decor of the room. It was pleasing. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet.
